I found this internet recipe using Kelp Noodles packaged in water. Just open noodle package, pour out water, and soak noodles in bowl of fresh water - for softer noodles soak longer. I order mine from http://www.realrawfood.com/
1/2 to 3/4 cup water
1/2 cup raw cashews
1/4 cup red bell pepper1/2 cup raw cashews
2-3 sun-dried tomatoes, soaked 10 minutes
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tbsp miso
1/2 tsp salt (optional)
1-2 pkgs Kelp Noodles, soaked in warm water
- Add water to a high speed blender slowly starting with 1/2 cup, depending on how thick you want the sauce
- Add rest of ingredients (except kelp noodles) and continue blending (until warm if using a VitaMix)
- When cheese sauce is creamy and silky pour over kelp noodles and mix thoroughly
- Add peas, broccoli bits, cherry tomatoes or anything you want for fun.
- IF YOU DO MAKE THIS, I'D LOVE TO HEAR WHAT YOU THINK!
