Already on second day of my GS Challenge and feeling great. And it was a challenge today coming up with a new GS, but with juicy canteloupe and ripe peaches in the fridge, the solution presented itself! Here is a picture of my GS dinner today which could also be used as a pudding.

What can you expect? If you are not used to consuming large quantities of raw organic fruit and greens, it is possible you may feel worse to begin with. This is a sign that your intelligent body is saying "great, it's time to do some house cleaning." Stored toxins are being released into your bloodstream and bowels and can, sometimes but not always, create headaches, rashes, nausea, runny noses, night sweats etc as they are flushed out of your body. If this happens, make sure you drink plenty of pure water, 2-3 litres a day. These cleansing reactions usually only last for 1-4 days and are cause to celebrate that you are on the road to better health!
Are you an observer or a participant? While following this GS Challenge is one thing, participating is quite another (sort of like watching from the sidelines and never getting into the game). If abundant health is your focus, then my hope is that you have your own experience with Green Smoothies. We can read till the cows come home, but by personalizing this knowledge through taking action, we create our own experience, moving us forward on our path.
New GS recipes to share? Whether you are a GS newbie or a GS expert, why not share your experiences and GS recipes for the benefit of others? My experience has been that as I increased the amount of living, unprocessed foods in my daily menus, the better I felt.
